Matt Caren is the co-founder and team lead of The Caren Team | SERHANT., serving the West Valley of Phoenix, Arizona. As a resident of the West Valley since 2011, Matt has been helping families buy and sell homes in Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Verrado, Buckeye, and the surrounding communities since 2012.
Matt co-founded The Caren Team alongside his wife Shalin with one guiding principle: doing right by people isn’t just good business — it’s what gives real estate work purpose.
