Shalin Caren is the co-founder and team lead of The Caren Team | SERHANT., serving buyers and sellers throughout the West Valley of Phoenix, Arizona. A West Valley resident since 2011, Shalin brings a sharp eye for strategy and negotiation to every transaction, paired with the kind of warm, clear communication that puts clients at ease from the very first conversation.
Together with her husband Matt, Shalin has built The Caren Team on long-term relationships, not single transactions. Their business has grown almost entirely through referrals and repeat clients – a testament to the experience they deliver at every step of the process.
Since 2016, Shalin and Matt have guided more than 211 West Valley transactions totaling over $86.7 million, including 27 sales in Litchfield Park, 55 in Goodyear, and 25 across Buckeye and Verrado.
